Woodie

Woodie lives in Virginia with our three other Goldens. He weighs 73 lbs, is 23 ¾ ins at the withers, and has full dentition with a scissor bite, medium brown eyes and black pigment year round. He has beautiful side gait and is balanced front and rear, with nice length of upper arm..

Woodie has the best temperament of any golden I've ever known. He has never met a stranger - person or animal. His two most favorite things to do are cuddle or retrieve ducks. He is very easy to live with as long as you like a 73 pound lap dog that would really prefer to sleep in bed with you ;-)

He currently has an UKC CD title, and we are training for his CDX and UD.  Agility is currently on hold with 1 OAJ leg, but we will return soon.

I hope one day to try for a Senior Hunter, we just need to get out there and train. 

Stellar Woodie Achievements

*CGC at 12 months; first try; February, 2000*
*WC at 14 months, first try, handled by a complete novice. He was the youngest to pass that day, April 2000*
 *NAHRA-started retriever in four straight tests, March 2001*
*Junior Hunter in four straight tests, August, 2001
       On one memorable day that summer, we got a Junior leg,then drove to an agility trial where we barely had time to run our Novice standard course and qualify with a 4th place* 
*NA, September 2001. We finished at the GRCA National in Albuquerque, New Mexico with a placement.*

*UKC Show Championship in 5 shows, February 2002*
*UKC AG1 and AG11 agility titles in one week end, September 2002*
